How to convert to actual on the iPad

Convert a completed planned job or recommendation to an actual via the Maps page:

  1. Tap on a paddock from either the map or from the paddock list.
  2. Select ‘Jobs’ in the right-hand side menu and then select the ‘Todo’ tab.
  3. Select the job that has been completed.
  4. Select ‘Convert to Actual’.
  5. If required, update or add information to any of the fields shown so that an accurate historical record is kept.
  6. Once done, press ‘next’.
  7. If you are happy with the preview, press ‘submit’.

How to send multiple activities from the iPad app

You can send multiple activities on the same email from the Agworld iPad app. Ensure you have synced all the activities you would like to send and you will be able to attach these activities to the one email.

How to add a paddock plan from the iPad app

Once you have created crop templates, you can add these to paddocks directly from your iPad app. This means that you can add a plan to a paddock all while offline! When you next sync, this plan will be transferred to the website and available on the rest of the Agworld system.

How to review your clients' and BOM's rainfall records

Reviewing your clients' and BOM's rainfall readings is quick and easy on Agworld:

  1. Select "Rainfall" from the Agworld menu
  2. Select a client's property or a BOM weather station from the Rainfall menu or tap on a pin on the map
  3. Review the rainfall readings in the right-hand side menu

 To make reviewing rainfall readings simple we've colour coded pins and locations:

  • Blue signifies your selected client's properties
  • Teal signifies your unselected clients' properties
  • Grey signifies clients which have not yet shared their rainfall records
  • Green signifies BOM's weather stations

Can't see a client's rainfall? Your clients must first opt-in to sharing their rainfall records before you can review them. Having your clients opt-in to sharing their rainfall is easy:

  1. Select "Rainfall" from the Agworld menu
  2. Select a property
  3. Swipe "Share your readings"

Your clients' simply need to swipe "Share your readings" to start sharing their rainfall

How to retrieve a previously generated access code on the iPad

Once you have generated an access code for your farmer client, you will be able to retrieve this code from the iPad app to share it with your farmer while on the go. Note that the access code will only be visible if it has been both generated and unused.

  1. Open Agworld for iPad.

  2. Select the “Contacts” tab in the main menu.

  3. Find and select the Farming company in your list of contacts.

  4. The unique 12 character Access Code will be found within the client’s user details.

  5. Have your clients download the Agworld iPad or iPhone app and enter their Access Code in the “Access Your Account” link on the login screen.
